Statistics Division

The main task is to collect statistical data and information, update them periodically, organize them, and prepare reports related to them to benefit from them in the work of the university and provide the university presidency with the required data and statistics.

Tasks and duties

Preparing statistical reports on the scientific activities and achievements of the university's departments and centers.
Preparing the annual university statistics, issuing a brochure, and providing the ministry with that.
Preparing statistics on the number of graduate students in undergraduate and postgraduate studies.
Preparing a database of the university's employees, including faculty and staff, and updating it periodically.
Preparing statistical reports according to the needs of the university and the ministry.
Preparing the annual report of the university.
Follow up the progress of work and find the necessary ways to develop it and enhance cooperation between the university and other universities. 8. Supervising the issuance of an annual brochure related to all university statistics.
Follow up on the preparation of the annual report brochure.
Follow up the monthly position of the teachers.
Supervising the statistics of the primary and higher graduates bulletin.

Each teacher who has not been appointed for (6) years must pass the courses by achieving (70) points from the total number of the course courses. For its teaching effect, a letter of thanks and appreciation is granted from the President of the University in the event of achieving the higher degree and within one academic year only.
