Department of Studies and Planning:
The Department of Studies and Planning is an administrative department associated with the Assistant Chancellor of the University for Scientific Affairs and Postgraduate Studies of the Technological University.
Aims to achieve leadership in the fields of statistics, planning, data and informatics, supporting the University's overall vision and sustainable development.
It achieves the University's sustainable development, achieves academic and managerial excellence, enhances its standing locally and internationally, and improves the quality of its education.
The Department consists of three divisions, namely:
- Statistics Division.
- Planning Division.
- Data and Informatics Division.
The Department's main functions include:
- Development of the University's strategic plans.
- Conducting necessary statistical studies.
- Preparation and implementation of training and rehabilitation programmes for associates.
- Build and manage an integrated affiliate database.
- Provision of technical and administrative support to the University.
- Contributing to curriculum development.
- Follow-up of morning and evening examinations and teaching.
- Follow-up updates on university formations.
