Applications for creation/development are submitted through the minutes of the meeting of the Council of the Department to the Secretariat of the Council of the University to be transferred through the Council's secretariat to the Scientific Assistant, The application is then transferred to the Department of Studies and Planning of our University where the physical, human, administrative and scientific requirements and other infrastructure requirements are audited. The request is then transferred to the Scientific University Committee where the feasibility and justification of the development and its suitability for the labour market requirements are discussed after the approval of the University Council.
